that was down the street from my friends. we looped around and offered to push him back. (6 guys, more like pick him up) but he refused and sat there for a couple hrs and took the front wheel off and tried to 3 wheel it into the parking lot.

wheel bearing/hub assembly decided to give way! ( neglect to maintain )
