It's nice you all have clicked, done some meets, it is a start. I guess I'm more into the performance technical portion of things and have been anxious to share that with others. I just find myself without many people that are in that "stage" of their project now and sometimes it's frustrating. I'm always willing to help out on technical/performance stuff on the phone, PM, in person if possible. Lately, I've been busy with wedding planning, finishing out my white project interior, soon will be installing header and final tuning, amongst other things. I look forward to having this car on the road and being able to set up/attend meets with it.

Once it's road-worthy, I'm going to get that LoveFab tour cruise going, it will be nice to caravan up, grab something to eat, have a tour with project NSX's, S2000's, etc. there.

Anyways, I just hope this area grows in time, I've been itching for it, for a long time. By end of this year my fiance and I will have my own place, which will be cool. Perhaps I'll have an open-house BBQ weekend or something. Maybe we can do some basic tinkering on the cars, if possible.

Id be interested in the cruise. maybe group up into cars to cruise up there.

i really think ud be surprised what goes thru some members minds for technical/performance but gets tossed out bc of lack of funds these days

I've talked to most of them and already know. Point is, I like to talk about reality, so that there is something there to physically see, work on and enjoy.

Anyhow, done talking about his subject, I was just sharing my thoughts. Those that have some actual projects in progress, I'll be in touch and PM me if you need help, I'll do what I can.

okay so I'm a lil late but I got sum stuff to say. with all good intentions you had cisco there are sumthings you must unnderstand. we are not florida, we are not california, we are what we are. I dont post everyhting I do up because in all frankness its my own personal business. as for "technical builds" if ud remember right my h23vtecbuild(still in motion) do you understand what prices I'm looking at? a turbo h23 vtec which my goal still holds at 550 to the wheels not the crank.darton slleeved block, alone around me is roughly 1200 bones. I know what numbers I have money wise dumpedd in that build and another frankenstain motor which I will be swapping into mine soon thanks ro sum locals that either bargainedd with me or helped me out in sum way. we r tighter than you think an we r more than willing to take more in but we are more of a family than a club. I can tell you solidly that out of the midwest I can call 5-7 people if I needed anything an theyd do all they could to help me. At the same time they know if they needed help that I'd do everything I can to help them out. I work at honda dealership, paying roughly 450 bux for student loans a month and mind you that I also drive atleast 60miles each day jus to go to work. in the midst of this I still have rent, utilities, car costs an all that. every1 has their own problems and their own costs but we work with that to accomlpish our goal. in turn just because we dont post threads on everywaking moment doesnt mean we r doing nothing. like I said all due respect and if it sounds like I'm pounding you I apologise because that is not how it is meant.
