I still have that h23 block if someone wants to come and pick it up, I'll sell it for $30. I am still digging up another things, and when I get them, I'll post them up on here.

The kid who bought my yellow car today wants me to refund him, but I put up on EBAY AS-IS. Plus I let him take a look at the car, and test drive it before he even bought it (even though it is a binding contract through e-bay already). He bought it for $800 and the replacing the brakes/brake lines was $415. Just that and my suspension/rims/tires cost more than that. He is telling me there is too much wrong with it.

He now wants me to redo the door for him (this is what his uncle is telling him - who is suppose to be a mechanic). But isn't AS-IS = AS-IS????

People I swear try to get more out of everything. I've invested 4 times as much money as what he bought the car for. GEEESH.
R.I.P. Molly, you will be missed. Only 16 and your life taken away from an irresponsible driver. (10/14/08)

doug, it is indeed a binding contract...tell him if he has any issues he needs to contact ebay.

i wouldnt fix a thing on it, he bid on it and won it with as is visible and he knew before winning what was wrong.

So are the brakes fixed now? What else is wrong with it other than the door?

Brand new brake lines and fittings (cost me $415). Just the door/fender, shifter cable, and rear drum (which I told him). Now he wants me replace the door window into the replacement door I had for him. Plus now, somehow, the starter is going? WTF, each time I started it up, it started up just fine. And now there is squeeling, but he doesn't say where from.

I am not going to take back the car and give him the $$ back, cuz who knows if he did something to it. I gave him the benifit of the doubt by letting him take a look at the car and test driving it before buying it (and yes, that was after he WON the auction on e-bay). I also gave him all the replacement parts besides the rear drum. Plus he also got a new timing belt & new fuel pump.

With all the replacement parts and doing the brake lines costs almost $800.

                              Well I would, but
                              1. I have no time (work 50+ hrs a week + working on my house)
                              2. I don't have a valid drivers license
                              3. I had to spend some of the money already on bills
