tired of Automatic...and finding 5spd parts is a SLOW process...Im very impatient.

I dont like automatics. reason why I sold it.

I will have another CB before the meet.

got my eye on 6 of them...and in my price range too.

Ok...2 days later...( UPDATE to all my OHIO CB tuners )

got a 1992 CB7 EX 4 door....Arcadia Green..163K and YES!!! 5spd. ( $1400 )

Flaws:
* Tie rod ends ( shimmy when brakes are applied )
* Flex pipe ( loud.com )
* Cd player DOESN'T have a detach face :
* Normal Honda Rear Quarter rust

I will take pics of it tomorrow or something. IM SO DAMN HAPPY ..I got me an Arcadia ( rust isn't too bad either )

Jarod.... no, I left all the parts on automatic car...Im starting over fresh with this one..with a higher quality setup this time.

That didn't ake you long Kenny, and how do you know it's the tie rods? Shimmy under braking is usually warped rotors.

if the rotors were warped..the brake pedal would pulsate ( which it doesn't )...only the steering wheel shimmies....( bad tie rod ends )

Is that what it is? my mechanic keeps telling me its rotors... mine does exactly the same thing. No pedal pulse at all, but my steering wheel goes crazy under braking.

trust me..if it was the rotors....you would feel pulsating through the brake pedal.

tierods and brakes have nothing in common..except..they are both bolted to the knuckle..thats it.

Brakes are Brakes ( Stopping ) ...tierods..are part of your steering. ( Steering ).

the tierods are attached to your steering gear ( Outer to your inner then inner to your rack and pinion )..which is attached to the steering column..which your steering wheel is attached to. ( if you have bad tierods..you will feel it through you steering wheel under braking OR from a dead stop ..acceleration.
