its his fault the insurance should pay for it. they may offer to total it and give you a somewhat market value. or you can keep the car and they will pay you less.

jeff called the kid's insurance company today. they said that no one had called in a claim yet. so we may need to get a hold of that body guy in marysville, if you know what i mean
