    Auto to five speed....Local Help?

Well, i'm planning on doing a five speed swap sometime this summer, and I know for a fact, I cannot tackle this myself, i'd like to see who can help and stuff, so I can ask them any questions along the way of buying parts. and stuff
Meh, not feeling the honda game anymore.

I'm in Danville, IL which is like 2 hours south of Chicago. I don't have a lot of CB7 specific knowledge but by the time you're ready to do the swap I might be moved into my new shop and that would be a perfect place to do the swap with no hassles.

If you need 5spd parts lmk we've got a junkyard with a few CB7's that might have parts.

take off all the parts you have put on the car and sell your car. then buy a 5 speed cb7. it will be a lot less of a hassle

automatic > manual swaps = FTL

Very true. I got an estimate when I had my accord, it cost as much as a cb7.

shops hate doing them because they're a complete pain in the ass.

another option is to get the JDM h22 automatic tranny if you plan on H22 swapping the accord. i think it bolts right up? don't quote me on that but yah. the JDM auto tranny's are acctually really fast from what i understand? they're just hard to come by.

Nah, I don't really wanna buy a new one, i'd rather keep mine since i like my body, the others are two doors with the ugly rears and stuff, rather just go stick...
