Ya i have a guy that does crazy good body work. We just don't spray cause we don't have a booth and don't want dust in the paint. I just need a guy that can spray primer and a nice 2 stage paint.

he is the best bodyman around IMO. He is in a temporary shop at the moment while he builds a 10,000 square foot shop, and just got the contract to do all of the bodywork for the Greene county sherrif's office. he does charge what the work is worth, and that is out of most people's reach, but i wont take my car anywhere else anymore. He focuses on insurance-paid collision repair, so it can take a while to get a full paint job done. expect around $2k on the low side if he can fit you in.

i did that. the color was wrong, he didnt do what little prep work i left and specifically told him i wanted done, and there was a giant greasy thumbprint on the passenger side motor mount. i mean, like twice the size of my thumb. oh, and he didnt even paint the rear of the shock towers. I was very clear with him that i didnt want just any old donk paintjob, I wanted it show quality and was willing to pay for it. unfortunately he didnt get that, even though he charged me for it. I would go to Maaco or Earl Scheib WAAAYYY before taking it to his shady ass.

              I found a cruise route!

Now if only I could show it. LOL. I'll write out the directions and if anyone wants to look them up and try to see the route, they can. Lol.

Start point is the SnS; 3115 E. Hammonds Blvd.

We'll take Rangeline north to 32nd, go left.
Follow 32nd a few miles to S. Jackson, go left.
Jackson curves for a mile or two then before the creek, right on Glendale.
Glendale merges with McClelland Blvd. Follow to Coyote. Go left.
Follow coyote to Robert Cooper, go left.
Follow to Dove Dr. Go left.
--A mile or so down are "The Falls". If they're clear or the road allows it, we might pull over there.--
Dove turns into riverside which goes under I-44 and turns into Castle.
Castle is where we'll pull over by the cliffside and do some shots.
Castle to 86, go left. Then right on River Rd.
River to Rangeline, go left and follow back to SnS.

***The beginning of this route is 45mph with stop lights. Once we turn onto Jackson, speeds will be slower as the roads get hilly and curvy. I'm not lowered but I tried my best to take note of dips and uneven spots. Most, if not all, of this route will be lowered car safe. Just watch your speeds and try to be safe. The entire route, without stops, shouldn't take more than 20 or 30 minutes.***

If anyone wants to, before we go, we can go over the route in case anyone gets lost or just wants a heads up of where we're going.

looks like im going to be staying at the cb factory longer than i thought if you will have me.
I have some pics. The car looks like shit now though. I never cut and buffed it. Also the last owner took a belt sander to the car so it has some rough spots. Ill have it all fixed and re-done in the spring.

I can say that this guy does do really good work. He lives about a mile from my house and has for about 5 years. Ive seen his personal vehicles many times along with the work that he does.

MAACO actually suprised me. Not that I would use them but the work I seen MAACO near Kansas & Chestnut do it wasnt horrible like I thought it would be.

let me get some more practice first. However if your wanting to go back to Frost White that color is easy as shit.

That is exactly what He is wanting to do is go back to frost white. White is a really easy color to do cause it hides all the imperfections. Black and gloss black at that is where it gets hard lol Which is what I have fml wish I had frost white I love that color
