I wanna attend this meet but I need a storage spot for my car. I'll be bringing the DA. It'll only be for one night. But I will not let her sit outside at all, especially somewhere I don't know.

Is someone really going to mess with it in a hotel parking lot?

We kinda got side-tracked on this thread. We still have to figure out everything with the BBQ situation.

Are the Chicago guys buying it all and we pay them back?
Is everyone just eating what they bring?
Do we need to mail money to the Chicago guys beforehand?
Have we decided on exactly what we're eating if we do in fact buy in bulk?

Sorry, I just realized the bbq thing.

I've been to/had alot of big bbq's...

Burgers & hot dogs
Potato salad and pork & beans
Soda and chips

Everyone's happy.

No one seemed to have any objections to that list, and you can add brats also. Then of course youll need things like plates, cups, napkins, utensils, tongs, charcoal, etc.

I am deff up to go to the meet, and because I really rather not go through all forty pages. Has any one looked into maybe everyone meeting up at a campsite afterwards? It would be a lot cheaper then hotels, and we could continue the meet through the night, or until everyone asses out. lol. I went to a meet that did this and I liked it a lot better then any other meet that I have been to. Or is there camping at the park that we are going too?

Or is at the least any one sharing hotel rooms to make it cheaper?

Well we are meeting at a park to BBQ, but not camping there. I personally would rather not have to take all my camping shit with me. I will gladly pay for a hotel instead, and I think everyone else is doing the same.
As far as sharing rooms goes, maybe, but that's something you can figure out with someone you know.

I believe someone might. I don't like having it sit outside. Its has a k20a & its rhd. I have a thread in the other automotive section.

I am not sure if I am just really paranoid or not, but I rather be safe than sorry.

that might acctually be a better idea from a safty of our cars standpoint, as we will be by our cars, well alot closer then inside a room on the 2nd/3rd floor
