3rd Minnesota Meet - Discussion & Suggestions

what's up guys. i can finally post anywhere... but i'm down for the third meet. just gotta let me know a couple weeks ahead of time so i can get the day off. end of september would be great. except HIN is on the 27th. keep that in mind. isn't MAK goin? since he kinda asked about it.....???

Not to many accord owners know about this site. Not to many people even drive accords anymore. They're all driving civics, subarus, evo's, and nissans now.

I don't know where most of the places you guys are talking about are.. the Grand Buffet is down the street from my old apartment, and it's very easy to get to.. if the food is good and everyone knows how to get there, I say we meet there

We could line up our cb7's in the last row and take pics, go in and eat, come back out for a few more pics (maybe rearrange the cars for some HIN style pics ) and then go for a cruise..

What do you guys think?

Also, September would be good.. but before snow guys! You never know in MN anymore if there'll be snow in September or warm, sunny days in January

Wherever we meet, we all need to bring a camera! We need TONS of pictures.. I mean, we are the ones starting this new MN Meet trend, right? What about future gens who look back and want to see where it all started?

Yes...the first one we were at cubfood on South Robert St due to the cold weather. But we did meet at the same place before going there.

MOA should be fine on the weekend
As long as its not on rush hour.

why not just have a weekly/ monthly meet? i dont have my wagon anymore but i will definitely show if my dsm lets me drive it! and im still looking for antoher one maybe one will come by and wanna sell?

better yet just come and bowl with me on tuesdays and wednesdays at MAPLEWOOD LANES at 9:00 pm!
$1 games from 9 til close on tues
$5 unlimited bowl 9 til close on wed

I just remember going to MOA a few times a week when I was younger, the streets were always flooded with people.. haven't been there in a couple of years, though.

I'm game for bowling.

I suck at bowling .. but my wife loves to bowl, maybe she'd enjoy it?

I still say we should meet at Grand Buffet for pics, then maybe food.. then maybe we could all cruise to the MOA since it's right down the highway from Grand Buffet - then we could take more pics in the parking ramp or in the front lot.. then maybe another (mini) cruise?

What do you guys think of that idea?
