      not that its your guys's resposability but if im gonna make this meet i really need your help with my cb seeing as its down right now all tore apart.. i cant get the lower ball joint nut off and its pissing me off. lets hope the rings in this new block arent fried.

            hey..Thats not bad..
            last year we pick buddy cb around IA/ND..Was almost 6 hours...
            three months later sucker sold the cb..piss me off..

              To me, it seems like the ball joint bolt is turning inside the socket as you are turning the nut. Am I right or what's ur guess?

                yes that is correct its spinning inside while i spin the nut.. any ideas otherwise im gonna have to take everything apart just to get the axle out.

                    nope i tried holding it lol i even destroyed the boot just so i could hold it and it still wouldnt budge hah so i just took the entire suspension apart now i got go get a whole new arm from the jy oh well the motor is suspended in the air right now ready to pull. damn what a bitch i swear the shit we do for a 15 year old car lol but we all love our cbs... and cd5's (ntcb7).. anyways i would take pics but the digital camera is fucked up right now ill c if i got another one. peace.

                          Either way, because the lower ball joint is turning like that, it would probably be wise to replace it anyway. Anyhow, here's what you can try (if you haven't already): Looks like you'll need to apply some pressure on the ball joint. See if you can use a jack to jack up the lower control arm so some pressure can be applied onto the ball joint. Otherwise, if you know that the lower ball joint is still tight, leave it alone and try to take off the upper ball joint instead. Please get back to me.. Good luck!
