I was a member of columbusracing.com a few years back. (I stopped visiting their site; too many pinheads. Wouldn't let you post about street racing, ripped you if they even thought you'd posted about it, flamed everyone) The cool thing they had was regular mini-meets where nothing was definite, just a place and a time. If you stopped by, cool, if not, cool too. I was wondering if anyone from around central Ohio would be down for that? We could make the location different every week; if you've got a spot you like to frequent (DQ in Obetz, BK on 161, massage parlor on the West Side, wherever), you'd post up, and say when you'll be there. It doesn't have to be a big deal like a regular meet, but it lets people get together more often, have a little something to eat and maybe cruise around a little. Anyone interested?

Besides that ... it would all depend on who has da cash to buy the part and who finds it first! I actually think it would help because folks that spot something another one of us needs can make sure the one that needs it knows about it!
Isn't that half the fun of these mini-meets ... helping others with their ride with knowledge, ideas, advice, or a helping hand when needed?

my only problem is going to be my baby sitting situation , seeing that his grandmother has flaked out on me on sevral occations she cant be trusted not to screw me . she will wait until I get in the middle of something and then call and say make up a reason why he needs to come home .

Ah, Northland! I used to race out of there in the late 80's. I remember (barely) when they pu the roof on the mall in the 70's, too. Damn, I'm getting old.
