Even if you dont have a CB7, still come out. Id love to see massive Accord turn-out, but Im really going for headcount. Plus we're collaborating with KCSR, a local KC car forum, so there will be plenty of non-Accords.

BBQ's are always nice, but if we cruise it gives us an excuse to stop off somewhere, plus get pics of cb7tuner taking over a parking lot, lol.

Also working on some kind of cruise. I know gas is high, so we'll keep it to a minimum. Probably just something where we can cruise to a spot, take some pics, cruise to the next spot, take some pics, etc.

I might be down for this in the summer if I can get a weekend off. I'll be at home in the summer though, which is St. Louis.

Everyone should meet in STL and for the sake of everyone having to drive, I'll just drive in circles around the city on I-270 while I wait LOL.

No but seriously, STL has a sweet track, Gateway raceway.

Jefferson City or something around there would be probably the most neutral location though.

ps: just a side note, I don't live in Springfield. I'm in Rolla for college and St. Louis all other times.

Jefferson City is too close to home for Mike (greencb7nkc), since he is in Columbia these days. Jeff City would be quite the drive for any of the guys coming up from Wichita or Des Moines. I've been keeping in touch with a guy with a CB9 down in Arkansas too.

Yeah, yeamans was trying to set up a stl meet, but he's up in new england now unfortunately.

I don't see why everyone has to drive anyway, thats gonna be next to impossible to do without meeting in some tiny town of like 500 people lol.

Heres what u do, get a map, and draw some lines on it between KC and STL, and Springfield and STL, and KC and Springfield, Wichita and KC, and so on, and we meet where most of them intersect.

I think either me, or the Rolla guys are the farthest East, then the Wichita guys are the farthest West.

Of course theres that guy who just moved to wellington, and anybody else.

What about weezo or even NAiL05...? I know Nelson's been in STL or IA or something for school, hasnt he.. He might wanna make the meet.

I think the reason why no one did STL was cuz we couldnt find more than 1 person who knew their way around. With KC, we've got all angles covered. I pretty much know KCMO, north of the river, and a little bit of South KC, and then Mike, you and Nicole and Faheem and all you guys know Olathe, OP, SM, etc...all that. Between the 5, 6, 12 of use, lol, we know the entire city. Its easier for a group to lead a few new guys then for 1 person to lead an entire group...just my $0.02

Joe, i/we[??] havent set a specific date, but i was shooting for late may/early june. Might push it back to like mid/late june.

That Import Alliance Meet in TN is end of July, so for anybody who's going to that, dont wanna make them travel for a KC Meet, then again for the TN thing...

Im still kinda waiting for more post/interest in it before setting a specific date.
Weekends then are:
May 30/31
June 6/7; 13/14; 20/21; 27/28

So...thats that. Theres the list, but like ive said before thats not a "must-show" list..those are just faces i, personally, would like to see. The more the merrier, especially ppl we dont/havent seen, but whoever makes it, great. Just that most KC meets are the same ppl, so i was hoping a Summer thing would bring some old faces out and about.

i was thinking about how its difficult to search for people in a specific area... perhaps we can talk deeves in to letting us make a stickie in each of the regional threads allowing people to designate what area they're in for later reference... Im sure it would make things easier for everyone trying to put together a meet...
