I got a story for yall guys. Well I was over at a friends house today swimming. Made a bet that I would have to have 2 shots when we got home. So well I did. Then started making some tea and notice we didn't have any sugar. So we drove up the rode and nothing was open.(my friend drove b/c I was I had the shots) Headed back and found the hess station up the road from my house was open. Got the sugar and a few snacks headed out. While headed out I noticed a county browny getting gas, I was like wow this is great. (the other day I weird my backup lights to stay on all the time b/c the switch is broke) Well got up the rode and my friend says that looks like a cop behind us, it was. He was gonna drop into his old work and say hey, so we pass my rd and as soon as we do blue lights So iwas like fuck, then being the dumbass I am reached behind my seat looking for my regrestration. So he ask me what the hell I'm doing basically, while he was about to pull his gun on us, yeah thats just great. So I appolgize and my friend gives him his liscene and I can't find the regrestration so I tell hm it's at home and he runs the liscene. Comes back and ask me why my friend was driving, I told him b/c he wanted to and he'd never driven it. (btw unless he can't smell, he knew that I had something). Well he tells me that I need to get the light fixed and that he could give me a ticket for it but he gave me a warning. So he leaves and goes the opposite way, we go up to my friends old work and I fix the lights then. So then we come home. THE END. Well thats was my night.

Well guys I got my first ticket yesterday. A careless/wreckless driving ticket. Yet no on duty cop saw me do anything I still got the ticket. Story time. So I leave my house head up the rd and turn on one of my fun straight rds. Theres a Scion tC in front of me going a little slow, so I get on the straight (it's a passing zone) and go around her (hot chick no older than 20) she speeds up when I start to go around her so I kick a little more and get around her. I let off and was about to pass a truck but there was a hill and a car coming. So I go and turn again on another rd(im going up near concord mills to shoot some pool before I go to fill out stuff for work, which I started today). From the time I passed her to the time I got pulled over I did the speed limit and drove straight. Well when I turn onto stallings I get up near my moms work (Harrisburg Elem.) I see a cop in the turn lane, then he flashes his lights so I'm like ok I 'll pull in to the park right here to see if he's pulling me over. So he turn around and parks behind me. Comes to the window, I give him my liscen and reg. He then asks how I thought how I was driving, so I told him I was driving the speed limit and in the lines. He asks the question again so I asked I didnt understand what he was asking. He tells me to be honest and he doesn't belive me, I told thats the truth. He told me there have been multiple complaints about my driving. So i was ok, i told I was driving fine. He asks to search the car so I said ok, but theres nothing in it. (I had the interior gutted minus the seats, carpet and door panels.) So I get out first he pats me down, my friend gets out, they pat him down. They found pill bottle on him and start to flip out, it was a pain pershripstion (sry cant spell) for his hand. So he sits us both on the curb while he goes back to his car. Ok so while we're sitting down two more cops show up and I'm like wtf. Well my mom calls me, (parents are in st thomas for a week) and the first time i couldnt even check to see who it was. Then the second time i pulled out and answered it (i asked if i could answer first) and then tolds my mom what is going on and she wanted to talk to the officer, there 6 at this point. So i stand up and ask and they say it'll be a min, and i say you might want to talk to her now. So after a lil more begging one of them finally talks to her. So he tells her that all they need is a witness to give me the ticket, which they said was the an off duty cop(the chick in the tC, yeah right that has to be a croc of shit). Another thing is that the tC didn't even stay, they stopped said yes thats the car and left. By now my gf drives by a freaks out, my ex gf is there and she freaks, and her mom was there also. She was kinda like wtf also. So they gave me the citation for I quote "carelessy and heedlessly in willful and wanton disregard of the rights and safety of other (G.S. 20-140(A))." The court date is aug 21. There reasoning for giving me the ticket is b/c my friend had his arms and head out the window and that i passed on a double yellow line at high speeds, even though the ticket doesn't say any of that. As of right now my parents are saying i'm loosing my car(they sad they are selling it, I am not letting that happen, if I do it will be to a close friend of mine, prob kris), my liscene, they dont belive a word i'm sayong and they dont trust me. I sware if i was 18 i'd be out of my damn house already. So i need some help guys on what to do, if the car behind me really was an off suty cop i basically fucked. But if not I might have a chance. I mainly just want to keep my liscene. I know my freinds say you can do something called prayer of judgement ( i know it works for speeding tickets but not sure about mine) and that they will drop the charges but i cant set any infractions for 3 yrs or i will get both previous and new.
