you should be ok. if your have out of state tags, they cant do much to you. they wont give you an exhaust ticket because of that. they'll only get you if your revving up a lot. other than that your cool. you gonna meet up with me and my crew in VA or you and what-his-face gonna head straight to the meet?

well somewhat of an a6. i have the IM, a header, and a cat back exhaust. might have a tad bit of a surprise by the time the meet comes up

lets just hope traffic is light, im trying to see how long 3rd gear will go in the h22, i kno 2nd is around 90 but never tried 3rd... o and bein a resident of va and kno how asshole like the cops can be. and state cops are the worst to get stopped by and stay all over 95. if u have a gutted cat or no cat u should be fine. big fart can muffler u might get pulled. if u guys see a cop just cruize by quietly. they really aren't lookin for a defective equiptment charge like they are lookin for the 93 in a 65. AND KEEP THE RADAR DECTORS OFF!!!! the cops up here have the dectors that dectect if u have one on. unless urs cost more than 500 bucks and is stealth keep them off cause u will be pulled and it will be confiscated and u will leave with a fine. state law is: the dector has no power source and no one in the car has access to it. just the heads up..

I am getting with the hooters there so we can have the parking lot, meet up, wipe down the rides, take a break, take pictures and then make the last run up to SpringField. I'll post some detail pictures of the exit and where how to get there. It's right off the freeway. you can see it from I95.

All are invited. Or you can just pass it up, dont matter. It's about a 45min drive, an hour with traffic. I'll be there at 11 and we can all roll out by noon.

I'll post reminders when the time gets closer....

Because I was thinking of either cruising the full Pohick road, or...We could take George Washington Parkway from Mount Vernon(near my house) all the way up to Old Town and take a few pics?

I know it'll be a sunday, and most of yall work, but maybe we could work something out?

thanx for that. all you out-of-towner dont have much to worry about. VA cops cant give you a ticket for an exhaust unless you give them a reason too. not much the judge will do but throw it out being that you dont live in the state. but DO leave your radar detectors off tho.
