Guys, I drove for 7 hours to get to the 3rd Maryland meet (woke up at like 5), stayed there until like 7, then drove the 7 hours back...ALL IN ONE DAY. I think y'all can last 5.

John, I'd love to see you make it, but it really would be a long-ass trip for you! I wish I could go to the NY one... I can't afford to lose a day of work. I have to take off for Nov 7th as it is... which I wouldn't do if it wasn't a race meet. I gotta run at least once before winter!

mike, you nj/ny guys might need more than 3 hours to make it to the 11 AM pre-meet that we're having. and even once we finally make it to the track, eliminations start around 3 PM.

i'd plan on leaving around 6 AM if i were you. early, but... if you leave at 8 - you would probably only get one run in at the track by the time you got there (not to mention missing our pre-meet).

Don't forget that Chris and I got lost in the slums of DC for like anb hour and a half last time! It's really only about a 3 hour ride.

We'll have to see what we can do. I have to get an idea of who's going before I can really set a leaving time. Leaving my area at 6 would mean the NY guys would have to leave their houses at like 4:30. That's WAY too early! If we leave here at 8, and everyone has directions (travel in tight groups of 4, so we don't have to drive slow to keep the train together) we should be able to make it in 3 hours easily. It's fairly close to where we met before, right? I remember you saying the track was right down the street from the Checkers we were at...

from my house is about 3.1/2 hours
but if we drive like 70 or 80mph i think we can make it there in 3 hours.

hey i really wanna go i live in hagerstown md, but im not really sure how to get there, and i dont really have a car to show off(its stock, i love it to death buts its stock) so like directions or something woudl help

There is a good chance that me and sparkle will come to this. My only concern is braking in an h22 and clutch a week before the meet so that i can run. We will probably have to meet the jersey crew on our way south.
