ok back to the meet criteria...
i just got some info from Toronto Parks & Rec...
The red area is the BBQ area Im going to reserve...anyone with fire and meat welcome
The green area is parking...its a little far away (50m)...but what ever
Here's the plan..
-A city-round Highway cruise will have to be done before 8am. to avoid traffic and be at the park on time.
-Meet at the Park @ 8am so we can reserve parking spots and BBQ area.
-We'll conclude after lunch time.
-If anyone wants to cruise after that, great...I just hope traffic won't hold us up.
-oh almost forgot...my family electronics store will give some speakers or subs or amps to be raffled off...all proceeds going to CB7tuner. how about $2CAD a ticket?
feedback pleaseLast edited by lokuputha; 02-23-2007, 05:43 PM.DEVOTE

convoy before the meet will have to be early...that park fills up quickly
convoy after the meet might be okay, if traffic isn't crappy...summer time toronto is usually dedicated to construction.
vote please
regarding that flier...i still havn't confirmed the bbq spot booking...Toronto Parks and Rec moves really slow...by next week when everything is confirmed we could put together a flier...
but then again...someone brought up the point that we don't want just anyone to come to the meet...preferably CB7tuner members and friends....keep it small, keep it simple.
You may want to ask any CB7 owners u meet to check out CB7tuner.com instead of giving out fliers. ...but then again, this could be the paranoia of modified CB7 owners speaking...DEVOTE

i thought of a couple places with big parking lots thats close to the 401 and i think town centre is one of the best places, cause some ppl from markham and pretty much anywhere near scarborough can all meet up...well w/e just a sujestion, if anyone knows a place then post it...i'm kinda lost lawl
final thought
EGAY SUCKS...damn seller stoped auction 2 days early and so i couldn't buy my fog lights, with harness and switch...if anyone has 90-91 fog lights that they are willing to sell, onegai (jap for please) bring it cause i'll buy it....even if its just the lights w/o switch or w/e just if anyone has em and is coming to the meet let me know so we can get a price settled...wait you know what just bring what ever you wanna sell, with this many expected to attend this meet, some one is bound to buy it! Arigato!
anyways

Ok...I'll post up a sort of itinerary, give feed back.
1) People from East, meet at Scarborough Town Center @ 8am
2) Cruise to Humber Bay Park by 9am to reserve parking spots...b/c its a first come first serve kinda deal.
3) BBQ until afternoon 1, 2, 3 pm...nap ?
4) Who ever is up to it, cruise afterwards...Im liking Niagara Falls...but its a little far...how about just to Hamilton?...nah...Niagara the Vineyard Photo Ops would be classic.
yeah...this is a tall order...whatever I feel like going all out.Last edited by lokuputha; 02-24-2007, 11:30 PM.DEVOTE

If the choices are between going for a cruise before or after....its obviously gonna be after....I doubt many ppl will want to wake up extra early if they can avoid it....
Any ppl comming from the east let me know and ill meet up with you guys at any area along the 401 from belleville to toronto....
93_EXR (and any others who are close to me geographically) hit me up on msn......jamesbelch14@hotmail.com
