Monthly Meet Suggestions

I believe that we aren't connected as we could be as is only meeting up during seasonal meets or Ertefa/KC. We have grown to the size where we can a single monthly meet for the Toronto area year round. Once a month is NOTHING!

What is the best night during the week for you to meet?
There is a poll attached, you can select MULTIPLE choices.

Also the exact location is yet to be determined.
Here are some points on the location.
1) It will be a centralized location between Allen Road & Highway 404 ideally near the 401.
2) No speedbumps.
3) Up to date pavement, no massive cracks or poorly maintained lot.
4) Free parking.
5) Ideally a non busy area.

Locations that have been though of are, Tim Hortons parking lot, McDonalds parking lot, and various malls in the area such as Bayview Village or Fairview Mall. If you have any suggestions for the location please post below.

Once a month is nothing.
Think how many of us go to Ertefa or KC during the summer, I usually go everyone week. That's like 5 times a month.

I'd be up for a Halton meet. I voted though, no days really work better for me to get out to Toronto, I carpool with my girlfriend during the week, and the weekend I'm usually tied up.

I'm with AJ. The spring meet last year wasn't even a great turn out. How would this ever work on a monthly basis?

Copied from Facebook to update everyone on the monthly meets and upcoming winter meet.

Alright good news. We are going to go have the winter meet on Monday, February 18th which is Family Day which is HOLIDAY. No excuses! We will be going to Brampton Kartways (very good track with great GAS engines). Also the monthly meets will be on SATURDAY nights. Location yet to be determined. Also to add the first monthly meet will be made after the winter meet, yet again to be scheduled.

Postponed till more members are active, for now there are TAC weekly meets and KC/Ertefa.
