Not that I know of.
The best weekly meet you can go to is the TAC westside meet at Square One.
We're all mature and don't do stupid burnouts. We also have permission from the Peel region police to have the meet in the parking lot. More information is on the TAC website.
It's not worth it having a CB only but, I don't think anyone would come. TAC is great and turnout is pretty good.
Of course you can go to JDMR meets, but you know how those turnout.

Yeah, theres a hard enough time getting people to show up for just spring and summer meets.
