Please let me know, somebody is messing around with 300 dollars of my hard earned money! so if anybody knows a police officer or get me a reverse phone look up (Name and address) or something that would be much appreciated.

Its a cell number.. so a reverse lookup wont get you an address.. Go to the cellular service provider?

tried, they can't release that information for "security" purposes unless I'm the account holder.

There are reports online that will provide you with the most current address of the holder. I'm this close away from throwing 20 dollars into that report and taking a little trip.
