i need a policy to get the temp plates right? and how long is it valid for?

you can write down any policy number. mto won't call your insurance and check to see if it's valid. but in the end.. it's your risk driving a car with no insurance slip.

its technically valid for 15days, but all they give is a sticker that says "T" which you have to paste on top of the other registration tags; so there is really no way of anyone knowing when you got the temp registration. Like I said, I've been driving for a month; I am about to get the real registration this week.
