jas...r34 - ive got an A6 parts car... i can bring the manifold (no downpipe) i believe it is similar to the A1. I'll bring it to the meet if you want.

thanks for keeping a lookout but the A6 exhaust manifold is different from the A1. Im looking to convert back to the A1 setup

btw, where do you live? i see a windmill in your sig..is it that place where there a whole windmill farm of about 50 or so?

aight cool. i took my sig pic between mount forest and shelbourne... theres 70 there i think. I live near Sarnia actually, but they are putting those up all over the place now, especially along the lake.

And now i'm positive my car won't be coming. I developed a smoke screen yesterday so the headgasket is gone for sure.

well guys sadly i wont be making it, that lower ball joint i was concerned about snapped.

i now have about 400 worth of damage to right side and i cant even afford to fix it right now so i have to use my credit card for it.

even worse is i just got my license and i cant even drive the car

im sorry guys but lok contact me if u need me to send the rest of the money for skylon so i dont ruin it for all of you.

i am going to make it there when i can and i assure you i will come meet all who are interested asap

It really sucks
we still cant figure out whats going on with my clutch , it works , but it's very soft and we are starting to think thats it's on it's way out, so my wife and i wont be makeing it as well .

Well guys, I don't even know if I'll be coming anymore. As I already said, I've got a blown HG, so the Accord definitely isn't making it. And my parents just told me they're heading up to my uncle's cottage for the weekend, so now I don't even have access to the Impala.

I don't know what to do.

FYI if u really want to eat skylon is not the place to go for it is more for tourists, dont get me wrong that is the best view in the falls but damn the selection in food is really limited in the buffet an forget the dinning room a steak is like 52 sumthing. IMHO the $40 u spend @ the buffet is not worth it. PPL with long stomachs i recommend Jade garden it's chinese but u will not be dissappointed with ur meal unlike a buffet were ur not ordering specifics an Jade is alot cheaper, but for the view go for it for the food u shud pass.
I know this cuz i just came back from there on the 28th, place has great view crappy food

Skylon Tower:

I'd like to make the reservations for Skylon Tower.

We have two weeks left, I think that is sufficient time.

Slammed and 91 EX-R, let me know if that's still happenning. It is probably the best place to park and meet and greet and eat.

19.95 per person for parking, ride up to tower, and lunch buffet is a killer deal.

We need to give $10 per person (50% deposit) this week; the rest when we are there. I think thats pretty cheap.

Alright everyone, this thread is about the Niagara Falls meet that will be happening on September 6th, 2008. The original thread is here:

WHEN: Saturday, September 6th, 2008 (The Ohio crew will be coming up on Friday)

The meet will be starting at around 2PM on Saturday. It will be happening the rest of the day, as the Ohio crew and myself, will be staying the night. Any others are also welcome to stay. We will be getting a group rate, so prices are expected to be reasonable. Any others who are interested in staying, here is the info for the hotel:

WHERE: We will all be meeting at Casino Niagara. Once we have all the people there, we will be taking a cruise to try and find a suitable location for the meet. I'll be PM'ing my phone # to the members who are coming a day or two before the meet, so we can all keep in touch in case anyone gets lost.


WHY: This is the only time this can happen, as next year passports will be required, and those cost $100. So c'mon people!


NOTE: Something i forgot to mention in the PM was that this will be happening on THE CANADIAN SIDE.
