for the americans..if youre just getting liability Ive found if you find one of the small local umm franchise its even cheaper they dont really look into your past as bad. Stay away from big names for liability, GEICO sucks even though they say the most savings..thats for a niche market. If you can pay for 6 months at once its even cheaper. years back with at least 5 DWS/NI tickets withi 5 years it was only 200 bucks for 6 months lol, since then "the general" has it at 37$ a month and covering my younger gf too, shes like 39$.. key is to look around

I pay about 180 every 6 months with a ticket for liability. I'm 24. Those insurance prices are crazy!

Ontario insurance is absolutely crazy, sucks really.
Can't do much though, other than obviously not do stupid things.
But regardless rates are still expensive.

Yeah it's nuts. But we have no choice other than to move or not drive (legally at least :P).

On the other side, they are proposing a 15% car insurance cut for all of Ontario.
This shit better go through ASAP.
