So Canada, what's new with your car?

Well I'm on the east coast of Canada (I think I'm the only one from cb7, well active one) and still waiting for things to clear up I guess. Last week we had a lot of rain and yesterday it was 7 outside and today its -12, lol. Below is what it looks like outside today. Most of the salt is gone off the road but the roads in most areas are still busted up, wet and horrible.
Last week I just finished having the 2nd H22a installed in the car. It was a new build with new internals and parts to prepare for a turbo. Ug, putting the turbo on seems so far away and the costs of it all seem impossible. But I had this block a long time now. It began in my apartment and me cleaning it and looking things over. Slowly collecting parts to put it all together. Doing it over time helps too. But this winter I sent the engine off to get it built. I was so excited last week when I found out the engine was done. I helped in the 1st engine swap and this time as it was summer and one could take their time with no hassle. This time I let buddy do this as the location was far for me, it was winter, and he's a good mechanic. So its running tight now and he said it runs quiet! (check out my member page for more info on parts). Right now the car is in a buds shop till things thaw out. And when the weather permits I will take the car from his shop and put it in my storage area until I can get back on my feet financially a bit more. I'll most likely sell the left over parts, block, ECU, cruise control, A/C, other stuff. Then there's the other items on the list, some of which I have been tackling this week; subbox, spark plug cover paint, manifold cleanup (need a buff kitt), stereo stuff (has to wait till car returns), rear disc conversion, .... etc.
(I'm not sure what to do with this, I'd like to throw it out haha. It was rusty so I started sanding it. And more sanding, and more sanding. Now it looks like this. I'd like to polish it I guess, but it will probably rust. My next option is to use high-heat silver paint on it and make it look OEM again. Your thoughts?)
(Painted the last coat last night need to wet sand it today. I guess I'm going with silver and black around the letter H. Dunno, I'll redo it again probably if I change my mind. I need to go buy some clear coat today.)

I don't think I am liking the outcome of this....., but still need to touch up the black, and then clear coat it, so ... we'll see.

Yes there is one more member in Nova Scotia I know, their may be more. It's choogee3.
But yeah we have meets usually seasonal summer, spring, fall, winter, maybe some little more small ones in between? But the past meets I went to we had 7 to 8 in the summer. The highest I've seen is 13. But that's just members around here.
If you get members from southern Ontario, Quebec, the east coast, and maybe some from Manitoba we could have a real. CANADA MEET. But BC would be left out unless they want to make a REAL road trip.
Good job on the H22 swap.Current:

Muhahahaha, I do too. (somewhat LOL)
My gas mileage is terrible with the hole.
But update on the wagon, me and Mike and some friends have started working on the wagon last week. There is a lot more than we thought and basically all the suspension components in the front driver side will need to be replaced. Installed a new rad and new alternator belt (not caused by crash). Got a lot suspension work, minor frame work, some body work (door), and installing some panels to do.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP, really.
Here is a ugly test fit of our progress from the "good" side, other side is basically from my crappy phone, car is dirtyyy :
