    90 cb7 h22 vs 2005 Acura RSX Type S

Ran this pearl/midnight blue RSX tonight he had DC header sticker and underglow lights bleh bleh bleh i just got out of gas station after filling up almost the tank. so im crusing down beach street and this RSX looks at me and im like yeah my CB is clean lol . after we pass western center i let me get to my side and all and then i play around with him. then were t longstraw there was me a couger and the RSX. so the light is red all revving our motors RSX and couger were loudest mine is back to the old p shooter. Green light im gone 2-3 cars ahead of all of them then next thing you know it RSX pulls back 2 1/2 cars back on me im like wtf ..... so now im in 3rd barley pulling away from the rsx but i was like daym. Love how the High RPM the RSX has and close gearing. I was still in 2nd and the dude shifts to 3rd by the time i hit 7000rpms. but yeah the power band is deadly on those cars so beware.
After I get a non broken t2w4 tranny its on like donkey kong lol

FYI - Still looking for a t2w4 tranny. I got one but upon arrival it has a hole in it =(.
either kill it or drift it...

rsx's especially the type s are pretty quick, i raced my friends 03 type s with my h22, he got me from a roll, k series respond very well to mods and when they are modded are quick

sucks about the tranny, i would have returned to the seller or atleast get some money back

Actually last night I raced one at a red that has I/H/E and I left at bout 2500 and he couldnt keep up. I am running 10psi though! But they do rev frikkin High! I red light raced about 8 months before and he and I were dead even and I was running 8psi. I havent lost yet here in Leth. I did lose to a 93+ supra that was built in edmonton but thats on a whole different level than me! I need to fill my mounts!!!

thanks for the compliments and etc... i know rsx is a monster with bolt-on's. After I get my T2W4 it would be a better race. I got quoted here for one and they want 1200 for it I was like OMG thats 2 much from Eric Japan locally. Also looked under the car this morning and I have 2 oil leaks grrr. this is the 2nd time I changed my oil gasket in the past 2 weeks. 30 bucks a gasket is a waste. also getting some type s pistons and cam gears and wanting to do auto tension conversion sooner or later... after that my cb7 is set and only thing left to do is body work and paint and a new windshield

The 05 RSX is rated at 210HP. But since they were rated under the revised SAE protocol, it does NOT compare directly to the 200HP of the pre 05 RSX.

Haha ERic japan thats where I got my swap. I tried to get an m2b4 from them but they got the wrong trans so I went to honda heaven and got an h23 trans. Nice run man. The EP civics are slow and as mentioned they have 160hp.

hmm today i was tinkering around my engine and wanted to do a comp test on cylinder #1 to see if my ring land is cracked since low compression on my other post #1-199 #2-220 #3-220 #4-220. took out the spark plug and ever did a comp test same thing so yeah piston ring needs to be replaced. also I saw something weird my spark plug was yellow so I was like ok high speed gazing no problem... also then i look at the NGK# and i found out that I was running SOME HOT PLUGS THE OEM for H23/F22. I WAS LIKE OMFG no wonder my car is running like poo upon warmup/cold start. so back to the dealership again tomorrow to get the right plugs. shoulda known this before hand since it CHARRED my new DC headers to smithereens . After the plugs Got to change dizzy cap/rotor then changing the oil pan gasket for the 3rd time. this time ima get the pan and gasket. then have to change my seals on the timing sides. ANYONE KNOW if the SEALS OF THE H23/H22 is different from the H22. I know the cams seals are how about the Balance shaft seals and etc... thanks In the manual it doesn't really specify or anything.. thanks in advance...
