me vs. 2000+ gt

well coming home from work yesterday, this fuckin guy was riding my ass on the freeway, so i slowed down again like i always do. as the freeway was merging with another, he changes lanes two over and punches it. so i down to 3rd and go with him. starting at about 60, we were going side by side until 90, and i barely edged him by a 1/4 of a car... hit 100, shift to 4th, but we had to stop cause traffic was coming up quickly.

after it was over and i was just cruising he came by me and looked over. and i saw what seemed to be a look on confusion... probably as to how an accord kept up with him. i dont know what he had, but it seemed kinda fast for a stock gt, only having mid 2's. but i have no idea if it was stock or not. it was all kitted out like a roush, but it wasnt. and it had a "gt motorsport" emblem... but that means nothing to me. i dont know jack about american muscle.

either way, chalk one up for the imports

That's what I love about our cars. People always get that suprised look when they get beat by a 10+ year old Honda.

true. it had emblems all the way around, but i didnt notice if the bumper was imprinted. and it did have a dual exhaust... kinda squarish looking if i remember right.

i sure hope that was a real gt... cause if not, im slow or that was one fast v6.

Thats true i loved that surprised look. Then when they see the power they back off And i bet they ar like keep tellin themselves but,but...but its a family car. Eat it goddamn domestics

I've been in my friends 5 speed '02 GT coupe; magnaflow & intake. You really do get the feel of muscle, but it's an acquired taste, and it handles like a garbage truck, so i stick to tha imports.
