u raced him with bald tires and alot more weight on ur chassis then his, also his motor is 2.4 liter, not 2,2. of course he is boosting, i heard stock neons boosts at 16psi which most of the owners told me, another thing is, i cant believe its not butta..... sprayyyyyyyyyy, u got beat, but doesnt mean u will alwyas be beaten.

since when are coilovers and wheels not "real" upgrades??
a properly coilovered, and wheeled cb could outcorner a swapped cb..so people may want to mod a car to fit their budget, or their driving style. personally, i LOVE taking corners and ramps. sure, i wish i had an h22 to do it faster, but i'd rather have a tighthandling 15 year old passenger sedan than one that just goes fast in a straight line. plus it looks better in the time being.

Some people cant drive. lol even with a f22 tranny you dont fall out of vtec going into 3rd.

Unless you've got some mods your not talking about he wasn't juiced. Nitrous srt-4s run 13s. I usually run side by side with one.

I can agree with that. When I had my F in my H22 1-2 would fall out but 3 would be right there and I loved how the car would pull in third.

i said e bay coil overs.. since when did e bay would sell a 1k bucks full tien race coilover setup for a cb7? u know tons of these cb7 tuners would budget over for a 45 dollar booboo coil over brand with a 30 bucks shipping. since i moved to cali, i love making those fast corner turns and curves, its awesome, with the right setup it feels good but im not just a straight line driver

damn alot of drama goin on here. You ran an srt-4. I say do whatever you wanna do that makes you happy. But be prepared to deal wtht he consequences in any situation though thats all.

so i went out the the races tonight i got my car all primed and fixed up and i end up racing this white srt4 that this dude just bought so we go from a 45 mph roll right when im at 5300 (vtec was set thier) so we race. 3 honks and we take off. he starts to pull on me as he spools but as soon as he shifts i catch up now were almost even and hes at a lower rpm and im in 3rd now hitting vtec so i start to gain on a him only by a fender and he spools again and he pulls in front of me. now 4th gear im starting to slowly creep on him, were going 110 and his bumpers at my door when he lets off. the race for was 10 dollars. so he tells me he let off but we will race again. so i see him playing with his shit. theirs a chick and a dude in the back, and i look in and i see this big fat nitrous bottle. so im like you cheap skate. and hes like oh its intercooler spray. im like whatever so hes like we will still go again and im like alright but i know im going to lose hes fucking with his nitrous in the engine. so we run this time. 45 mph we take off and he jets in front of me. i get pissed and started revving higher. still no chance hes like 3 cars in front of me. so we pull over and hes goes to shake my hand and im like nah and hes like a race is a race. and i swear to god i thought he was going to say " it doesnt matter if you win by an inch or a mile, winning is winning. "

i hand him the ten bucks and i shake his hand. Nothing i can do about it, even though he said it was stock the rules are the rules. no one says them but its just well known. it doesnt matter how much you lie about what you have a race is a race. so i lost out on 10 bucks. and my second gear is grinding a little more now... but the part im pissed about is the fact that he cant beat me without a nitrous bottle evne with a 16g.

this makes me want to go all out NA but it seems to be the most expensive way i.e. 2point6....

anyways, i lost...
