Well he's not saying his car is faster than all Cobalts or something. Just that his car beat this particular car. For all we know its never had any maintenance, could've had low tire pressure, loaded trunk, wrong fuel (I assume the SC requires at least 91 octane), etc. What's it matter anyways, he doesn't win anything.
