H22. 2 grand for the swap shipped from hmotorsonline.com . if you dont have the funds, get a loan. consider it a new car loan.

Yes, i saw the light on this one.

"with I/H/E chipped ecu and some tuning, 180whp......that's what i've got and that's mid 14's.......get some cams and headwork and you could hit 200whp"

How much would all that cost the cams and the i/h/e (is that the computer in the car)

do you have $300 to waste then? don't go off racing when you're just 16... for your safety and everyone else's.. if you do go and try to risk it... it better be done at the track... if it's on the streets...

I've seen differently. I think that is a little conservative there. They make at least 170 whp stock so all that would get you a little more power. I have a video of an h22 prelude that makes 197 whp with those mods ... I think it has an fpr too.

iight first off i/e/h that means intake, exhaust, and headers. meaning typically for your air ratio. and as for racing an escort do research on the escort such as horse power numbers/weight and if you feel confident then it's your decision. also if your car is a stick practice shifting fast so you wont miss a gear or scratch one. if auto the hold down brake and gas at take off. but i have seen escorts go with proper engine and mods.

You're asking if you could beat an 80's style camaro? Those things are horribly slow man...
