Bout how high do you guys launch at the track? Highest I ever launched it at was 3,000. Launched it at 2,000 also but didn't give it enough gas so I bogged pretty bad. LMK what you guys think. Any ideas as to what could be wrong with my engine? I'd like to borrow another H22's ECU and see how it affects my car cause she loves to hesitate while shes climbing up the RPM's.

3500-4000 that range. I cant catch traction sometimes but that could be because i dont stay long in the burnout pit i just launch it to the line cuz im lazy and dont feel like wasting tread and yea it could be because i got some bad neg camber in front so trac issues. Still ran a 15.89(first)-15.7 next then 15.9 since the clutch started to act up, and then let my room mate drive last two and he netted a 16.7 and 17.5 lol because he said all clutch pressure and my clutch stuck to the floor and couldnt get out of second lol..I will never buy LUk clutches again lol (prob good for daily but def not track worthy). These runs were with the H22a (p28 with ebay skunk2 chip, intake, POS header, Badass exhaust leak, and POS luk Clutch) and the F series trans so dunno lol but my 60fts were about the same if not lower. They were around 2.45-2.7 after 5 consecutive runs..got worse since I lost all clutch pressure lol. But I plan to go back to the track with basically the same setup except with my stage 3 clutch and a newer set of rims with some better rubber on there, VAFC which prob does jack shit unless i do some minor correction but thats after I retune my shit also, and see what I net but still got like 250 miles to go to break in this damn clutch. Yea And i need to get a driver mod too lol.

Yea the whole day at the track that day I didn't even bother doing a burnout cause I didn't wanna wear out my tires any faster than I already was. Next time I go I'll definetly do a nice little burnout and take advantage of the LSd tranny and heat up both tires. When I get to the line i'll try launching it at 3500 and see how that goes. Also got to practice myself as a driver overall.

Yea Im just waitin on a few things and cant wait to get to the track afterwards prob try runnin quarter tank of gas unlike last time i had a full tank lol well almost but full enough which coulda also contributed to that ha. Gas = heavy.

omg, you need to be launching just a bit higher. learn to feather the clutch, thats how you get traction. pedal to the floor, but feather the clutch.
did you bog when you launched or before you shifted? if i were you, i wouldnt launch anywhere under 4k. especially since you have lsd.

I went to Mason Dixon out in Hagerstown. I heard from one of my co workers that thier track is bad though so I dont know. Would a bad track really make a big difference like that? Next time I go I wanna go to Either one of those two (MIR, Capitol). Hopefully my 1/8 and 1/4 mile speeds wont be identical. I'm just hoping that I wasn't pushing that gas pedal all the way down like you guys are saying cause I'd have no idea what it is thats holding that motor back so much to keep those two speeds so identical (1/8 and 1/4).
