Well the reason why I think the car spins tires is because its packing some power and it needs better suspension (to deal with the weight shifting during acceleration)

The car is not that heavily modified. Its probably just because its an auto vs. stick battle, and judging from his car (unpainted bodykit, spoiler, etc) he's probably just another guy who just watched the fast and the furious.

That's what everyone is trying to figure out, what kinda power ARE you packing..i mean it can't really be that big of a secret unless u've succesfully done a K-series swap, cuz anything else has pretty much already been done. So yea..hope you are willing to tell us now

Im not trying to sound like a dick but the only way i could see myself losing to your auto tranny is either if i messed up while shifting or if your car is better built than mine(which it probably is).

ive smoked plenty of 5 speeds from the dig..

same.. its not hard.. you can get almost as good a launch as a manual car if you know how to properly break-torque launch your car from first gear in automatic and shift up the gears at the right RPM...

Hehe I've had a similar encounter with a moron with some ugly white coupe... Euro taillights , green neons, and an exaust tip that stuck out 3inches behind his rear bumper made him cool.... He was 5 car lengths behind me be the time I hit 80mph...... Sad I dont think the guy knew the potential of his car... He seemed more interested in making his car look like a Christmas tree.....

why do ppl do this to there cars. the samething basiclly happen to me. the guy pulls up in this ricer extreme cb7. GTR and V-tec badges, learjet wing, and the always popular HP adding stickers (with all the seats occupied). i had just pull out of railys, had a fat ass burger in my hand, when this SOB revs at me. i think'n "you can't be serious". so the light flips and he guns it, and the cars move 10MPH not really going anywere. the dame thing sounded like it wanted to die. so i take a bite out of the witch, give it half throttle, swallow.
about then he's 2 car lengths back........ please stop the maddness.

Alot of people are putting random rice mods on their cars because they dont know better. They're just doing it because its the "in" thing to modify your cars, peel out at stop lights, go 100mph on public roads, weave in and out of lanes. Its that kind of people that gives the tuning scene a bad name.
