so last night, after our awesome orlando meet, i take off to go home down highway 50 (for those of us in the area) and when i came up to the semoran light i lined up right next to a 95 civic coupe. he had intake and exhaust and who knows what else. he looked over at me and gave me the "you're not serious" look and i thought nothing of it, i didn't think he would go. the light turned green and i took the turn to the left onto semoran and i heard him floor it so i did the same through second gear and he never caught up but i figured it was because i was ahead of him to begin with. we rolled up to the next light perfectly on red, with no one in sight. i took a quick look around and then at him and he nodded, so i got in my civic killer mode and the light turned green and i got one of the most perfect launches ever. i chirped just slightly and pulled ahead of him instantly (CB7 torque FTW) and when i shifted to second he was at my rear quarter panel. by the end of second i had a car length, and then by 3 you can imagine it was an easy win. so he caught up and gave me the "i can't believe i just lost to that tank of a honda but nice job anyways" look and then we lined up and went from a roll at about 35. needless to say i walked all over him and i was of course very pleased because i am determined to have many integras and civic kills under by belt due to the fact that they all think they are gods, and never give us accord guys any recognition.
on a side note since i haven't made a thread about it, my hybrid project is shaping up to be killer, thanks of course to Carlos aka Wikkedv16, bagoon316, Grumpys93, and a thank you in advance to MRX and anyone else that has helped me in any way. i am so close now i can taste it. i am awaiting the funds for the gaskets and the ecu, everything else is pretty much waiting to be installed.

i don't understand why he gave you that look though because our accords look way better than those 92-95 civics.
