    91 accord ex-r vs 93 accord ex-r

    after school today i was just playing with my friend on the streets. instead of bringing his 89 accord he brought his brothers BONE STOCK 93 accord ex-r (it has a alb badge next to the ex-r badge). the car was just lowerd and on 17's.
    after i get infront he starts playing with me and then when i change lanes, he bootes it and i see him coming up slowly. im like aright. i give it some gas and i hear my intake screaming. so im thinking aright im gonna gain speed and have this over with. he passes me.. so then i go down on the accelerator a big faster then i see him 3/4 car length ahead of me
    and then i floor it. my intake is bs! i hear the intake but no action!
    i caught up but he started to break
    the light ahead of me turns red and i had to burn it cause my breaks arent in top notch condition so i breaked after the lights. my friends in a 04 grand prix told me they can smell my breaks in their car!

    Oh damn. At least it was a family member who beat you. If it were a civic or something else then it will be a problem. My friend has a 92 ex coupe with a intake and his car has the most slowest acceleration you can imagine. IDK what is up with that but my car is a 5spd 90 coupe and it picks up quick and the intake start screaming after like 4500RPM's.
    I cheated on my cb7 with an e30.....Not cool. I will be a honda boy at heart though woop woop

      sadly both cars were auto at one point i was gonna put it to d3 but this whole week im trying to fight the urges to not shift my automatic because i want my tranny life to be longer lol
      my 92 ex (lx) with a kn filter on the stock intake arm makes a big diff
      i raced a 92 ex 5 speed with my 92 4speed and my car peeled out like crazy
      today when i was fucking around with the 91 and doing drifts i wanted to just floor it and see what happens
      didnt peel out. i need new tires on the 91 what else should i keep up and maintain. (what should i maintain to keep my cars full 140 hp in place)

        IDK = I dont Know.

        And you dont have 140hp. Only the 1991 SE or the 1991
        EX-R ALB as you guys know it, came with the 140hp.
        But to keep the most out of your power just follow the maintnence
        scheduele.

        140hp Aint Shit on A Heavy Ass Car!

            Just check up on your car every 3 or 4 days. I check every little thing on my car like every day. All the liquids i leave them to the MAX or the line that indicates how much it should have. Just keep it clean you know. And you will have your car running smooth and you will have your hp at the same rate. But from what i hear drifting hmmm. And peeling out. But that is your car and you do as you please with it. But drifting or doing donuts in a FWD( front wheel drive) car will have your axles gone if you keep doing it. But what do i know im 16 i have much more to learn about car maintenance. I just do what i know how to do, your normal car check up.

              dude! im 17 lol i promised to my self this week was the last time i shifting my auto tranny. and today was my last drift! i dont want to fuck up my camber and have my wheels rolling off lol

                lol. Dont worry about the peeling out i still have fun doing it lol. But just be careful when you do it that ish man.

                    240 doesnt sound bad. But a H22 is also a good choice. I would go for the H22 unless the 240 is not stock.
