Me vs Mustang

Ran into this guy while we were out one night, he was bored and wanted to run.

It had headers, full exhaust, stall and prostars with skinnies up front.
He had a total of 3 ppl so I grabbed two of my buddies and they went along.

V6? A friend had one from that gen. Pretty slow, but I would have thought such a big engine with such little power would react better to even simple mods. Something about the win doesn't add up...

i agree with you on this. if it wasnt a v6 then something went wrong some where because with a h22 its cake work beating a v6 but the v8's much more of a challenge then that. to me it seems like he was sand bagging it but still nice win. a wins a win no matter what.

Ive also ran a buddies 02 gt that has intake, flowmasters and a programmer. It was disgusting, I even pedaled him hard from a 2nd gear roll to add shame to his proud ford only soul.

Me and another friend setup a race, him in his 99 v6, I gave him 6 cars and the hit from a dig. I had run him down by the end of 2nd gear, lol.

Maybe my baby under the hood is a freak. =)
