    finally a race, me vs another 4th gen

    I just picked up my girlfriend from school, and i just got insurance on my car today, so i'm pretty stoked. anyways, coming back i see this black 4thgen lx, rims, tinted, and a nice looking non ricer exhaust. i figure it might have sometin under the hood cause the car looked clean and seemed like the guy had money. so i see a red light ahead and the guy is behind me, and there is a truck on my right, so i pass the truck and get in front of it so the guy pulls up on my left at the light. i mention to my girlfriend how i wanted a black accord instead of my grey, and that i liked his rims. anyways i start moving not thinking he wanted to race, then i hear his engine rip as he steps on the gas, i'm still in first so i slam the pedal until about 7k and shift, he has about half a car on me already cause i didnt think he was racing, in second he doesnt pull on me any, by time i hit third we are doing about 70 in a 40MPH zone. by the end of third i had half a car on him and was still pulling, by 80 he knew i won so he let off. i slow back down and as i pass him i give him a thumbs up for a good race. i didnt win by much, but winning is winning...plus all i have is intake. and i was supposed to put my new cat on yesterday but couldnt get the bolts off, it i woulda had it on i woulda pulled alot harder. =(

    i thought he woulda handed me down cause i could tell he had money to put into his car...but i guess not.

    p.s. the whole time i'm racing i hear my girlfriend yelling "jonn STOP, STOP STOP STOP, WHAT ARE YOU DOING, JONN KNOCK IT OFF" it was just the icing on the cake to scare her.

    sucks your girl doesn't like going fast. i've had my girl to the governer in my car, she loves it..

              i got the f22a1, also got another f22a? sitting in my shed. i have my highflow cat sitting in the garage wating to be installed as soon as the wheather is nice. getting the bolts off is a bitch, we used a propane tank/torch thing to heat the bolts up, we used an aircompresser ratchet, and didnt get shit off, i think we got like 2/6 bolts off in 2 1/2 hours time.

              but ya, i hit governer on the highway, i think it was like 120 or 125...then it kicked back. she didnt really mind then cause she couldnt tell we were travelling that fast...but she doesnt like street racing. kinda sucks =( i want a girl that likes speed/cars.

              but ya, i didnt really mean to hit 7k, i don't think it was actually 7k, probaly a little less, the rpms just climbed really quick and i havent raced in a while so i wasnt used to it.


              edit: i think the guy didn't really know how to drive...cause i'm pretty sure exhaust gives more HP then intake. and mine is custom intake...fitted filter to rubber hosing(didnt use the pea/corn can...pm me if u wanna know how to do it, it only costed me $25)

                My past girlfriends have not condoned my street racing or speeding.. Except when we see some ricers on the road.. I remember when me and my ex girlfriend were driving around and we saw this guy we knew who used to talk a lot of shit.. she was like "Jay, you honnestly need to show this fat ricer a lesson". So eventually I got lined up with this guy, and I was like "Yo man, lets go right here" and then he said "man I can't race right now, I have 2 other people in the car". Excuses, Excuses, and more Excuses.. lol..

                    a high flow cat isnt gonna do much if anything at all.. but to get the bolts off, i took a sabre saw to them, all rusted to fuck i even think they were welded too, previous owned of the exhaust punched out the cat n shit but yea cut em off and you should be ok
