Well I never really posted in here but I always read through the stories.. well I'll give some stories of my H22 kills. I only put 1,000 miles on my H22 since July.. so that would be how much I've driven my car.. not much!
The first day the swap was done my car was running like complete balls. I blew some seals out in my radiator when I hydro locked my F22 up.. so it was leaking in the engine bay and when the vtec would engage.. water and fluid would come out the vent in my hood.
But anyways, it was later that night I was on a main road but no traffic and I pulled up to a F350 Diesel truck. I wasn't planning on racing but he said he liked my car but he always eats imports up when he races them. We both go when the light is green, he kept up with me until 2nd gear and then I just left him. He was a good sport, giving me props for the engine swap and such.
Later that night, I was up at my friends gas station and these 2 stupid queers from my hometown come over and talk about how fast they are. One drives a purple 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse with an unpainted lime green body kit.. and the other kid has a B18 swapped hatch. The hatch kid asked me how much power I had, and I said about 205-210 HP in all.. and then asked where I could redline at.. so I told him 8,000. he said he had "unlimited redline, unlimited speed.." that right there made me race him. So, we go out to this old country flat road and he starts peeling out making himself look like a tool. We go, he has me off the line and had me until 3rd gear and when my vtec kicked in again I just left his ass. So that stupid Dairy Queen workin' ****** looked like a fool.
Last, there's a guy with a older Monte Carlo SS on 22" spinners. He wanted to race me for fun, so we raced 3 times. First time was from light to light and I killed him. 2nd time was rolling at about 20 mph then just gunning it. Smoked him again.. and the last time was another rolling start where the speed limit was 35, but it merges into a road that is 60 MPH and he wanted to go all the way to the end.. so I smoked him again, I was going about 115 and he was at least 3-4 car lengths behind me.
