NICE WIN! I kinda feel bad for those type of people. They spend so much of their time being mad that they get cocky and when things don't turn out their way they run off trying to make you just as mad.

Definitely something I would love to witness some time. Keep it up.

so i flipped on my rear fog.
he mustve thought it was an auxillary brake light or something cause he hit his brakes hard and fast. almost locked em up.
i hit the gas and start laughing.

I LOL at that part. It kinda reminds me of the time I was at the runs In Oakland. This guy thought he was hot shiet with his Civic with Pep'Boyz L.E.D. washers. He wanted to race me and flipped them on to signal and catch my attention at the stoplight. I was like "biyatch plz" I told my friend in my passenger seat "watch this!" I turned on my JDM pole switch and the dude did a double take after seeing the antenna go up and after it finished extending, the nice glowing green LED got him all hypnotized like a damn moth attracted to a lamp post at night. It bought me a headstart when the lamp turned green and I was gone

My old CB7 had a auto non LSD H22a swap and I was surprised at some of the cars I've beat or hanged with. The sucky part was having no LSD or the 112mph speed limit. I've owned the PON and P19 TCUs and honestly I didn't like the way they shifted the car. My best setup was using a P14? I forgot the exact TCU stamp but it was a Auto TCU for a USDM H23 non-vtec engine. It had better shift points than the F-series TCUs and didnt shift too soon like the Prelude h22's P19 TCU.

I used this TCU in combination to a tuned V-AFC ver.1 and had my V-AFC control my Hi-Lo v-tec settings so I wouldn't fall out of V-tec. The auto H22s pee on themselves with fuel. The JDM h22s run rich but not in comparison to the manuals. The mild V-AFC tune helped out tremendously with idle to 3.5k rpms. When it got tuned, leaning out the fuel from these points helped out my acceleration as it wasn't drowning itself in fuel. Check out my auto h22 kill list in the racing section.

The only mods I had at the time were. Zex Dry Kit 50shot, V-afc ver.1 tune, Apexi WS exhaust and CP Prelude intake.

Nice kill and keep it up! Umm some cars to stay away from that I recommend are mostly the newer Nissans or like the older Mitsubishi Galant GTZs. The Galant GTZs have better topend and the 3.5 Altimas even though they are tanks, their torque ownz.

Most will call BS on some of the kills but driver skill always plays a major role for the other guy racing. Lots of people bag on auto-H22s but you would have to experience one honestly before commenting. I know I have and it was a very fun car and is more ballzy than a F22a6 or H23 auto will ever be in stock form.

Some of the kills were rolling start/top end runs where the H22 really shines. Good thing to do is to get a nice rolling start in D1 if you know the contender has a torque or displacement advantage over you. I don't recommend "neutral drops" or holding the brake and gas in D1.

there are two types of mp1a..one with lsd and one without. the jdm mp1a has lsd, the usdm h23 mp1a has no lsd which could explain why you slip out of vtec. check your tcu. thats the key factor. when i ran my old mp1a with the f22 tcu it slipped out. when i used the p19 it never disengaged. make sure you got everything set up right. anyways good kill lol. i remember when i beat a Lincoln LS and a Maxima. they thought they had me fwahahaha

            this is interesting.

mine is most definitely the LSD version.

so it looks like i'm now in the market for a p19.

              Tcu

I suspected a tcu issue, Slipping out between 1-2 is fairly normal even if you shift a little low on a 5 speed, but between 2 and 3 You should stay in.

              Good diagnoses.

I hope it helps when you get it!

I do the same with my auto, 4th gear is worthless for accelleration until I hit 80+ in my f22a1. Also I down shift to d3 sometimes to take advantage of engine braking, and to save my brake pads, this and sports mode also helps with traction significantly in wet conditions since I have no abs.

Question why would you need to put your rear foglight on? Yeah he was definitely a cocky asshole about it. I bet he probably turned off the next exit realizing he had better hit the next gas station before he runs out of gas.

Its ashame how people give commects about how your car isnt shit if theirs is still stock or slow as hell compared to your and dont even know it. Let them talk they just look even more done when you rape em on the road.

Definitely swap your shit over to a manual bro and get the transmission done by gearspeed if you can afford it. I seek and destroy assholes on site when it comes to me putting work into cars.
