Stock P13 ECU
I started off REAL bad. My first run was shitty. No traction and my first two runs gave me trouble getting into second. Now i gotta take it easy on that gear.
R/T was .723
1/8th was 11.9
1/4 was 17.85
79.52 MPH
I continually got better and better.
Second Run
1/4 16.67
Third
16.13
fourth
16.01
fifth
15.78
Sixth
15.58
Seventh
15.61
Eigth
16.16
I stopped for a while seeing as i was getting slower. Went for another two runs before the track closed for a 15.92 and a 15.81 before they cut me off.
I think 15.5 isn't bad without a tune and bolt-ons.
I also have a 2.5" TB and an exhaust leak.
Gonna do work and aim for mid-low 14's next time.
not a bad night but
i dont get this shit???? an h22 puts down 200 hp at the crank right??? the car doesn't weigh that much right? you should of been putting down mid 14's. my bone stock gp se with a 3.8(200hp, 220ft lb tq), that's 3800lbs with me in it, laid a mid 15 right out of the box, and a 2.1 60ft.
and i have got smoked by an h22 lude at the strip
should of raised the presure in the back a few lbs and dropped the front lbs(tires)
if reaction times are off, your not watching the light, your worried about somthing esle
next time you get out there, just go for it
if you break somthing, at least it was at the track
all in all sounds like you had a great timeLast edited by jhoff; 01-01-2009, 11:32 AM.

this is my slowest run that i know on the track
Like i said, it was my first time racing at a track. and my problem with the reaction time was i was concentrating on not jumping early.
I know that the reason i was running those times is my own lack of experience.
and H22 preludes have h22 trannies. And i think my biggest problem was my clutch not catching second gear.

trust me. no one wants me out there more than i do. i loved it.
but i want to prepare for it next time. it was a spur of the moment thing.
lucky for me i have plenty of time before i get another chance. I live in Tampa and the track is ny my dad in West Palm Beach.
But i can guarantee 14's next time. I am going to get an H22 tranny w/ LSD before then.

i think u should get in the 14s with tuning and a h22 tranny. The tire pressure that u run will also help out a bunch with ur 60ft times with running street tires. Try running and 20psi with ur tires and monitor them the next time u go that helps a bunch. I need to get my ass to the track 2 see how my car runs now that i'm tuned. The track that u went to how far is it from orlando. I would love 2 go there b/c speedworld u can't get many runs in

9.0's at 81mph in the 1/8th mile ohh how i miss my baby.

and Reaction time is to see who is faster. if your faster than the person next to you and your both driving the same car, you'll win.

with ur mods 15.5 sounds good.. u also have to know that driver makes a difference. so the more experience u get, the better or faster u will become. saw a boosted 240 go down the track was running 14.3 all night. they switched drivers and it hit a 13.6. just practice and u will get it. but shifting at stock rpm and vtec still at 5.5, i think u did a damn good job hitting 15.5. just getting an h22 tranny alone will put u at high 14s low 15s depending on ur skill
