h22/f22 trans cb7 vs 92 gsr integra

i was on m way to wash my car with a buddy of mine from the car club. he drives a gsr teg. an i just got done with my installation of my stage 2, 4 prong clutch specially made. so he always talked crap about accords jokingly and i nvr thought a accord can run a gsr teg especially one as light as the 93 style tegs,

so i put 300 miles on the new clutch and we said enough bench racing lets go for it.

so we did a second gear roll and he started before me i hit it like a second after he did, and with ease i pulled up to the side of him and when vtec engaged, i jumped half a car in front. so at this point i looked across saw his face and he looks very dissapointed lol. but its all fun and games.

so this time we tried a first gear roll and again he started before me, but i caught up. this time though our vtec engaged about the same time and i wasnt able to pull on him he pulled about half a fender on me.

but im pretty much surprised i did so well. lol i love my cb7

with shorter gearing and the right ratios to keep it in VTEC it should help a lot.......

Im being 100% serious. Depending on how bad you got on it, you could have very well reduced your clutch's life significantly. Meaning...it probably won't make it past 10k miles.

well then i did it at about 256 miles but we didnt get on it hard there was no switching gears involved just stretching of gears, and it was on a 2 lane road so since there were cars on the road we just hit it for about a few secs and let off.
