haha yeah this is kinda embaressing. i'm driving a bone stock cb7 sedan 5-spd


i got off the hiway and stoped at a red light in the left lane. sitting right behind me is this big linclon limo waitin for the green too. i get the arrow and i take off take first up to around 4k and kinda coasted till the next light. next thing i kow i see the limo on my right and the driver is staring at me. i looked at him wonderin if he have any clients. he gave me this nod like sup. then revved it. i was like wtf? i was aww no he ain't beatin me no way.

so i reved my engine to 2.5 and dropped it as soon as the light turned green had a slight jump on him and stayed there till halfway through second. after that he just walked away on me, big time!

wonder what those things pullin? engine? anyone know?

it matters what year but the 2000 model is 4.6 v8 with 200hp an 275tq.....
an the 1997 models had 4.6 v8`s with 190hp an 265tq

an those things haul-*ss because my dad had one for a while an i drove it around for a litle an tht thing pulled lol

anyway i just turned left to sams club at the next light and he went straight to brookpark, we prolly had it up to around 60 before i gave up. lol

Limos are damn heavy even though they have no people. That center structure used to extend the frame is usually pretty damn bulky and heavy. Stock Lincolns weigh around 4000 ish lbs and plus all the accessories and crap yea. But some people do mod those limos to go a lil faster. But it also depends on how big of a stretch this thing was.
