IS300 vs. Accord (h22)

Hey everyone,
I have a question, my friend has a IS300 he has the basic I/H/E setup, very good suspension - would a h22 CB7 with the same mods be about equal in speed....??

i dont think so the is300 will win one of my friends has a is300 and the other has a 99 prelude and the is300 beat the prelude but that is i have seen with my eyes.

i say the accord will win. ive personally beat an IS, easily. dont know if it was mt/at, but i know he was trying cause he pulled next to me after and we chatted for a minute before we had to turn.
