I pimped a 04 civic si tonight

Well i'm about to turn left onto my street i see a new 04 civic si with the tags on still in the lane next to me going straight. I think to myself i've never raced a new si just older ones i i kill them. I wait for cars in front of me to go with the green arrow i get behind him then follow him to the next light. We both turn in side by side lanes. He takes off like a biach and doesn't wait till were side by side. I catch up then were at a light. I look over its a little prep boy in a new car (this shall be interesting). Light turns green we both burn rubber he has me by about a car cuz i automatic. I go through first gear. Hit second when i really notice i have the skunk 2 h22 manifold. Take him by 4-5 cars by the time i hit 3rd gear around 100mph. We stop at the next light and talk. He's all dam that second gear is killer i'm like yeah not bad for an automatic. I have a 91 accord coupe ex jdm h22a auto cai custom 2 1/4 piping and a test pipe, dc header and skunk 2 manifold. I was like what u got he says stock i figured that no sound from the car at all. We pull over and talk i ask him about redline and i-vtec kick in point redline at 6800 i-vtec is on all the time says him, its a 5 speed i thought maybe 6 cuz the rsx type s is. And thats the story i figure i post this for my first posted race story. Please levae me some feedback asap and don't be scared to ask any questions?

Hehehe good kill! I had a new SI mess with me and the next day I found out it was someone that worked in the same building where I work, on a military base exchange. He asked me, "What do you have in your car??" I was like a v-tec swap....and he was shocked. Nobody ever takes our accords seriously because it's well.....old and not as common as the popular 94up models (round civic look alikes). But thats what makes it fun!

Watch out for RSX-S's those K-series are no joke and they will embarass you. THe civics if i remember gith havea 160HP K-series motor like the base model RSX.

Last week I had a white Firebird mess with me. I'm not sure about domestics but all I know the bodystyle is about 2-3 generations b4 the bodystyle the WS-6 has. The body is still kinda square like a old camaro and has smoked tailights with the firebird logo in the center, the front nose of the car is just starting that whole "pig nostril" style hood.

Well me and my friend was merging on Airbase Pkwy making a right while this firebird was just making a left turn to join on the same road. I was already ahead and then I noticed this fool speed up. He passed me normally....but when he was about 4cars ahead...he probably put his car and neutral and reved his flows. I was blasting my music and was still able to hear that. I was like ok whatever!? My friend was saying.... GO! catch him at the light!!

(In my mind I was thinking......hell naw that guy is gonna whoop my ass!) Well hoping he would pass on green....the light turned yellow and he came to a stop.......but he didn't stop all the way at the line. (concieted @sshole) So ok he wanted to race and he was nice enough to give me a head start. I was like fuck that. So light turns green.....I don't smash it but kept it in D1 building up my RPM's......I held it at 4500 just ready to hit v-tec at 4800 (vafc) then finally he goes!! His car lunges forward and I smash and to my surprise I hella left his car!! I was looking in my rear view mirror and he was 4,5,6,7 cars behind!! I was going 110mph in a 50mph zone and it was late at night so great no traffic......but I was praying there would be no cops. I blast through the next light and looked in my rear...he was still trying to catch up but wasn't even closing the gap.

He finally stopped chassing me and made a left turn on the next light toward the mall. My friend was cheering and I had a huge energy rush! I was in extasy!!! I was wondering what that guy was thinking? =)

Haha, i did the same thing when this gti gave me a head start, kept it in d1 till he made his move then hit vtec right away and was no chance for him.

I love the manifold no lag for throttle response any more vtec pulls very hard in every gear especially 2nd. The manifold was def worth the 350. I'm not sure if i have lsd is there anyway i can tell?

Travis AFB California, my dad is retired but i'm just working there temporarily as a civillian. I just graduated so I'm trying to get the hell out of there!!! $8.80 food services job is pointless to stay at...but I'm only staying there a few months more until the new trainees know what they are doing...then I can leave my supervisors (my friends...so I feel bad)

Hmmm ... I wonder what year the Firebird was because some of those are pretty fast. I forget the exact year, but when I was a lot younger my dad had one of the rounder looking trans ams with the big firebird on the hood. It was an official pace care ... turbo v8. That thing was fucking awesome. Why oh why did he have to sell that thing
