just bought a 1992 Prelude for $200 with a engine knock. out of curiousity, what would it take to put a 90-93 F22 engine and tranny into the lude as far as mounts, electronics, suspension (if any)?

What model Prelude? The Prelude S has an F22A1, identical to the CB7's F22A1. If that's what you have, you can swap the F22A engine in directly using the Prelude's existing mounts.
If it has the H23A1, the mounts may not work... but getting a set of Prelude S mounts would probably do the trick. As for wiring, you'd need to look up what you would need to change.
