CRX - rpms pulsating to the beat of my turn signals

ok so i know this isnt a accord but theres just no other better community then the accord community..

    91 crx
problem is if i turn my turn signal on (either one) the rpms will pulsate (go up and down) to what appears to be the "beat" of the turn signals.

obviously this is electrical related but im not sure where to start. perhaps i should take the cluster out. let me know guys. reason i ask is cuz i live in apartment now and i cant work on car in parking lot and i have to take full advantage of any time i get anywhere.

    Thanks.

ok so say im at 2k and i turn my signal on it will drop down to a grand and back up so it fluctuates about 1k rpm also there is not change in engine revs its just some sort of electrical circuit grounding out where should i look?

probably bad grounding. check your battery connections.
