hey...i know this is all about cb7s but i need help with my 93 civic...okay..the left turn signal turns on and doesnt blink or anything whenever i turn on the headlights..even when i signal left...but when i turn off my headlights it blinks very fast..maybe a relay? anyone?

it has a dual filament bulb, one of the filaments is probably burnt. just replace the bulb and you should be set
