5th gen prelude lights..

My friends preludes lights don't work.. I have checked each and every fuse. The chime for the lights being on doesn't work.

I put in a new headlight lever switch from honda and still nothing. I checked the voltage from the small light socket fuse and it doesn't get anything.

I know the lights still all work because if you arm the cars alarm every light flashes.. ie parking front and side. And the rear tails flash.

Not sure what else to check or replace

Which lights are the problem?

head lights?
Tail lights?
Turn signals?
