Fuckin' right man!! You just made my day, lol. You also made me want a Fit even more, but too bad my ass can't afford it. I'm loving the black though, couldn't get a better color! Keep us posted with the exterior cosmetic work, i'd love to see the differences!

Damn the Fit looks hot as hell in black I must say. A nice drop and some wheels do these rides wonders.

I seen one around here on some gsr blades slammed and it looked so clean. I thought to my self damn the FIT has some nice body lines.

I'll let you all know my gas mileage in a day or 2. I'm still on my first full tank.

I installed the red dot Fit logo and a red H emblem and Osram silverstars. They are brighter and the slightest slightest bit whiter. I'll probably try their or Philips blue next.

It's raining a shitload here and I'm gonna drive around with my foglights on and then install my yellow lamin-x film over them and then see if there's a difference in light output. Either way I love the yellow look.

Next thing to install will be smoked LED tailights. They will really make the back look good.

Then some Real Mugen rain gaurds and 35% tint. Then Skunk2 springs. Then Rota Grid 16" Bronze wheels.

I might be driving this to the big East Coast meet, depending on the status of my Accord.

Total for everything was $17,200. The car is $15,100 plus destination charge and taxes and fees.

So I just got 32mpg on my first tank. About 50% highway driving. And I had the A/C on all day today to defog. I'm thinking the next one will be 33-34mpg.

                    I drove it!!!

I must say, it's pretty damn kickass. The little 1.5L engine is pretty peppy with the manual transmission (though I would need time to get used to the clutch...) It's not a rocket, but the handling really is nice. And the ride is smooth as anything. You can't tell you're in such a little car when you're driving it! Everything felt natural, where it should be.

I'm considering selling the GTP to get one myself! 32mpg > 21mpg...

I wonder how to improve the gas mileage even more... drop some weight, perhaps? I wonder if the ECU could be tweaked for better economy (most cars run rich from the factory).

Perhaps you could nerf the intake, but at high speeds it has pretty high wind resistance I think, so it may contribute to its gas consumption.

                          How much does it weigh?

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

With the right set of bolt ons and a rechip, which is most certainly inevitable, you could probably increase that quite a bit.

Shedding weight would be good too, although I don't think you would want to strip a new car...

My base EG used to give me 38-39MPG in the city.

Also, I agree. These cars are badass.

                            Nothing like an old econocar.
