I took off the rear mufflers and it just sounds like the VQ35 motors. It has a third muffler before the y-pipe. Need to get my exhaust made. One of the next pay checks. Third muffler and resonator delete, and dual Skunk2 mufflers should sound pretty rad.

The more displacement there is, the better it sounds. IMO

I wish, man. The wife and I made a deal. She gets a four door auto, and I get to get whatever I want for the next car. I can still do some good things with this, but it'll be more worth it once I get my CB or EG hatch.

Went into my local exhaust shop today, talked to the owner, super cool guy. Talked to him about getting a custom cat-back made. Gonna delete the third muffler and the resonator. 2.5" piping to they-pipe, then 2.25 to each Skunk2 muffler. Also having him put flanges in the same place as the OEM ones, so if need be, I can bolt them back in place. Gonna get a custom test pipe made, also. All for under $200, given I supply my own mufflers.

I can't wait. It's gonna be three weeks til I can do it, though. Injen SRI and new windshield next weekend!

The exhaust is gonna be super dope though.

I've decided to go with a single 3" exhaust. I'm using a Skunk2 3" muffler. I'm also ordering my Injen SRI at the same time. All on Friday. Woot. Also, I got ahold of Bisi, and they said For $3000 I can bring my car to them, and have custom headers made. Why it costs that much, I have no clue. I could see like $1.5K, but not much more than that. I would be the only person with a J series Bisi header though, and that alone would make it all the while.

Sweet. Think I saw you on 6GA. Love LX V6s, you don't see them that often. How much do those mufflers run? I paid just a hair over $500 for my Magnaflow cat-back but I absolutely love it and get compliments all the time.

Idk yet, I will probably just end up going with the DC ceramics. I would love to run a bisi, but $3G is a lot.

Yup, I'm on there. The Skunk2s are about $160 each. My exhaust shop quoted me $150 when I was talking about the single to Y-pipe to duals, but since I am going with a single 3" now, I'm thinking it will be a bit less.

No Limit off of Riverside. I talked with John, I think it was, the owner. He seems like a solid guy. Hella cool. And yes, wife.
