Did you have to reflash the LCM for those tails ...... Edit... Or is 2004 when they started getting them?

With the rain sensing wipers... If you put them in the "rain sensing" position and cycle the ignition will they work next cycle or do you have to turn the wipers on then off. (mine are like that and its annoying)

lol You're going to have to talk to my photographer on that one, he's holding them until we do a Feature for SimplyClean, GarageSociety & StanceWorks. He's waiting on me to order this last expensive piece for my car before I put it on winter mode for the next 2yrs when I go to school.

But, just to piss you off, here's another sneak preview. lol....

How is the ownership experience been over the last year and a half? Maintenance? Problems? Did you buy it from a dealer or private?

It's great. Bought it from a Dealer. Maintenance, I do most of everything on my own since its cheaper to do so. I've heard Dealerships rips people off not only on the price of parts but labor too. The only major problem I've had was the alternator going out which I've replaced myself. I've replaced my belts & battery (just because). I do my own oil changes which still cost's me well over $100 for the oil & filter since I have to order my oil online since the E46 M3's use a specific type of oil made for that engine. I'm about to have my shop do a Inspection II which covers a lot of work on the car for a really great price. Overall, its pricey but fun to drive! I get a lot of compliments.
