Picked this up tonight, got a great deal on it.











Engine: Stock

Interior: Stock Black

Exterior: Stock

Suspension, Wheels, Brakes: Stock

Picked this up tonight.

It is an 08 Civic Si 6 MT with Nav.

22k miles, got a great deal on it, and its black on black. Rides and drives very, very well, and I am absolutely in love with it.

No real mod plans as of yet, and if I have any, it will likely be minor appearance mods. Emissions here in northern VA keep me from being able to do much with performance, and this is my daily, and I wanted a nice blend of performance, reliability, and comfort, and I think this is among the best I could get.

Questions, comments, and smart remarks are welcome! I will take it out and take some proper pictures one of these days.

Yeah, I had been looking at one of 3 cars, but when I sat down with it, I really saw how this was the better car.

CTS-V
Pros: Fast, beautiful, great all around.
Cons: Gas mileage, I'd never be able to really get on it in dc traffic anyway, high maintenance cost, rear ends are sketchy.

4motion W8
Pros: Sexy, quick, good power, I owned a passat before and loved it, awd
Cons: High maintenance costs, they stopped production of the w8, auto trans is made of butter.

Sti
Pros: Sexy, fast, awd, sexy exhaust note
Cons: ragged on by idiots, I'd rather own an evo, none that were in my price range were mint.

Si Sedan:
Pros: gas mileage, good all around, k20, cheaper maintenance, most reliable of the bunch
cons: often ragged on by idiots, but this one was a one owner, and in perfect shape

I wanted something that looked good and was a good mix of performance and comfort, manual, nav, etc. Sure, my cb7 would have rolled this up, but this has everything I want, is much newer, and rides and handles really well. I can never really drive fast anyway, since I sit in traffic for at least an hour a day and live inside the beltway. Maybe someday I will have something built for speed only, but until then, I am going to really just enjoy this.

i just got a ride in my buddies si coupe that he traded in his mustang for. its very quick and nice. but i think ill rather stick to the 08-09 accord. i love those cars

At the start of the night, plans were: keep it stock.

Now, HFP front lip, drop, rims, intake, exhaust. Nothing crazy, just some tasteful mods.

well theres mutiple reasons that make it a mugen
i believe theres a difference in
front lip
rear diffuser
spoiler
suspension
rims
and lil things in the inside
no difference in performance i believe, honda said
that the front lip/diffuser and suspension upgrades
help with handling and some added aerodynamics

Thanks! And yes, its more than the looks, the suspension, tires, and a few other things make it a mugen.

But I really like the hfp front lip a lot more. Chances are, I go with it and some rims that are bronze or gold perhaps.

Not 100% sure and won't be doing anything for a while though. Gotta let the wife go shopping now! haha
