Is there anyway to fix these?Other then sandblasting?Its like the stripper didn't fully take the paint off.

get some air craft stripper and let it sit for like 10min. then get some sand paper or something else with a rough surface and scrape at it. it should come off. it looks like you just didnt let the stripper stay on there long enough.

I had the same problem because I used Home Depot paint stripper,

You basically need to get a soft wirebrush that you can put on your drill (make sure you don't get a coarse wirebrush or you will scratch your wheels)

Wirebrush the wheel lightly, apply more stripper and let it sit for a while, then repeat.

damn dude i can imagine the look on your dad's face...did u paint white and then try to strip that off?

i'd sand, and sand, and aircraft striper (the expensive one) and sand more till u get tired then maybe u can paint

So,i tried to strip and paint the hx white today....



And failed,failed hard.

yeah i had to come to the rescue

and it looked like that because he let the stripper sit there and left to go eat and it kinda hardened up...so we went to get S.O.S. pads and redid it

and just for fixing your wheels you should change my oil punk its been like a month now

-ALL work on these wheels were done by GREENBME89 aka myBABYCAKES aka myGIRLFRIENDaka LAUREN.She did all the work on these wheels and deserves so much credit.Having to strip through 5 layers of paint and primer is no easy task.So with that being said,thank you baby.

you didnt have to go and say that to try and make it better...

i didnt do ALL the work just showed you how to strip the wheels the right way which you pretty much left me to do both wheels

you sanded primed and painted them and the other two so whatever
